While at your service, a Turbella can eliminate countless "disposable" or inferior products, such as plastic shower caps, and reduce the environmental impact of laundering bulky towels. Plus, better hair isn't dependent on blowdryers and styling appliances to be beautiful. (That blissful quiet is the sound of Mother Nature thanking her daughter.)

Okay, product care! Here are some cleaning tips to machine wash your Turbella shower gear and keep it at its best. 

All Turbella products are anti-microbial. The ultra-absorbent hair-drying textile used in the Turbella 2-in-1 and the Enwrapture is far less prone to mildew and the dank odor than can happen with ordinary towels. The waterproof/breathable/heat-releasing fabric used in the Turbella 2-in-1 and the Superpower Cap resists mildew and the funky stuff that tends to grow in the creases and on the exposed elastic of plastic shower caps.

CLEANING: Machine or hand wash occasionally in warm water. Dry on low or medium heat.

The 37.5 Technology® never washes out. The outer shell fabric is a trifecta of protection for styled hair –waterproof, breathable, and exothermic (heat-releasing). 

Not to be outdone by the shell, the ultra-absorbent inner fabric is its own powerhouse. The microscopic fibers that remove excess water from hair with extraordinary effectiveness can attract and hold other particles. Therefore, to maintain maximum absorbency, we recommend:

~ go easy on the amount of detergent; a little goes a long way
~ don't add fabric softener or chlorine bleach
~ avoid laundering with items that produce a lot of lint or have hook tape (Velcro®), which can snag the loops

SUPERPOWER CAP

CLEANING: Machine or hand wash occasionally in warm water. It can go in the dryer on low or medium heat, though it dries very quickly on its own.

The 37.5 Technology® is embedded in the printed particle and never washes out. It's what makes the Superpower Cap waterproof, breathable, and exothermic (heat-releasing). 

CONTENT: Shell: 100% Cocona® 37.5™ polyester.

ENWRAPTURE

CLEANING: Machine or hand wash occasionally in warm water. Dry on low or medium heat.

This highly absorbent textile can attract and hold other particles in its microscopic fibers. Therefore, to maintain maximum absorbency:

~ go easy on the amount of detergent; a little goes a long way
~ don't add fabric softener or chlorine bleach
~ avoid laundering with items that produce a lot of lint or have hook tape (Velcro®), which can snag the loops

Variations in this fabric are normal and do not compromise performance.

SWAROVSKI® CRYSTALS

The button that secures the Turbella 2-in-1 and the Enwrapture is inset with a Swarovski® crystal. Like any small object, it can be a choking hazard. Therefore, please do not leave small children unattended with these products. 

Please note that crystal contains traces of lead. The amount of lead in a button-sized Swarovski® crystal is far below the limits set for tableware and glassware (which has the potential of being ingested). However, we do want you to be aware, particularly residents of California, of the following Prop 65 warning from the State of California:

PROP 65 WARNING:

Consuming foods or beverages that have been kept or served in leaded crystal products or handling products made of leaded crystal will expose you to lead —a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. 

TRAVEL CASE (complimentary)

The travel case is soft, noiseless and flexible, unlike stiff PVC plastic. It meets TSA specifications to contain carry-on toiletries. Each Turbella in the collection conveniently fits in the travel case. The Superpower Cap leaves plenty of room for extras, such as a travel-size shampoo and conditioner, comb and hair accessories.
